Raymundo Jimenez MOLINA, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 452nd District Court, Edwards County, Texas Trial Court No. 2252 Honorable Robert Rey Hofmann, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

On May 10, 2024, appellant filed his notice of appeal. On June 14, 2024, the court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter's record in this appeal, Sandra Randle Jackson, filed a notification of late record, stating that appellant had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter's record and had failed to file a designation of record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6(b)(1). Therefore, on June 21, 2024, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court that either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee. We further ordered appellant to provide written proof that he has filed a designation of record with the court reporter, Sandra Randle Jackson.

On June 26, 2024, appellant filed a written response, stating that (1) the fee for preparing the reporter's record was paid in full on June 25, 2024, and (2) the designation of record was filed on June 25, 2024 and all parties were notified via email. Therefore, we order court reporter Sandra Randle Jackson to file the reporter's record on or before August 2, 2024.
