This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on March 20, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. On February 23, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on November 18, 2022, petitioners filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Petitioners report that the parties have reached a basis for settlement, resolving all issues in this case. Petitioners further report that respondent has indicated that tax computations will soon be requested. Accordingly, petitioners request 90 days to file either a stipulated decision document or status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the March 20, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 25, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
