This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, September 19, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.

On August 26, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order issued August 30, 2022, the Court ordered that, on or before, September 12, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and set respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution for hearing during the Court's September 19, 2022, trial session.

On September 12, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed on August 26, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed August 26, 2022, is stricken for hearing on September 19, 2022, at the trial session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, for cases in which Columbia, South Carolina, is listed as the place of trial.
