F. CAMILON & A. MOLARTE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

The Court has described the procedural history of this case in prior orders and does not repeat that history here.

On October 18, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 81) requesting additional time to allow respondent's counsel "time to continue discussing the closing agreement with his National Office and obtain supervisory approval of the proposed settlement in this case, and to allow the parties to continue settlement discussions." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
