DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion, pursuant to CPLR 5704 (a), to vacate June 12, 2015 order of Supreme Court in case No. 521426 and for extension of time to perfect appeal in case No. 519978.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate in case No. 521426 is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal in case No. 519978 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 26, 2015.
