No. 1D21-3329 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. May. 18, 2022)

Opinion

05-18-2022

Mojo Sportswear Company and Rodger Bagwell, Appellants, v. Timothy L. Mossberg, Appellee.

Charles Wiggins of Beggs & Lane, RLLP, Pensacola, for Appellants. Alan P. Dagen of The Law Offices of Alan Dagen, P.A., Weston, for Appellee.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.

On appeal from the Circuit Court for Walton County. Jeffrey Lewis, Judge.

Charles Wiggins of Beggs & Lane, RLLP, Pensacola, for Appellants.

Alan P. Dagen of The Law Offices of Alan Dagen, P.A., Weston, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

Appellants, Mojo Sportswear Company and Rodger Bagwell, appeal a Partial Final Judgment and an emergency order granting temporary injunctive relief that were entered in favor of Appellee, Timothy L. Mossberg. Because the Partial Final Judgment is a nonfinal, nonappealable order, we lack jurisdiction to review it. See Raymond James & Assocs., Inc. v. Godshall, 851 So.2d 879, 880-81 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003). We affirm the injunction without further comment.

Dismissed in part; Affirmed in part.

Lewis, Bilbrey, and Jay, JJ., concur.
