ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session beginning on May 16, 2022. On April 21, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all of the issues raised in the Notice of Deficiency dated February 5, 2021, for the tax year 2019. Respondent's counsel is in the process of preparing a decision document reflecting the basis of settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 23, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
