ORDERED that petitioner's March 18, 2022 motion for continuance is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022 Los Angeles, California Trial Session, the place of trial is changed from Los Angeles, California to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and jurisdiction is retained by the Undersigned.
