Khader Mohammed Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 10, 2020, petitioner filed a petition to commence the case at Docket No. 10111-20. On March 18, 2022, without having properly requested and been issued eAccess credentials for the case at Docket No. 10111-20, petitioner attempted to electronically file a motion for continuance in that case, thereby inadvertently commencing this separate case at Docket No. 5439-22. Accordingly, the Court will close this case on the ground that it is a duplicate of the case at Docket No. 10111-20. Petitioner is advised that the Court has caused petitioner's motion for continuance to be properly filed in petitioner's case at Docket No. 10111-20.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 10111-20.
