Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the allegedly defective condition of a state highway, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield, where the court, Pickett, J., granted the defendant's motion to strike the complaint and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
