ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On April 1, 2021, a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel was filed by Robert B. Teuber and Robert E. Dallman in the above-docketed matter, and a first supplement to the motion followed on August 10, 2021. Although petitioner was directed to file an objection, if any, to counsels' motion, as supplemented, petitioner has failed to do so.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented, is granted, and Robert B. Teuber and Robert E. Dallman are withdrawn as counsel of record for petitioner.
