Action to hold a purchaser accountable for violation of section 44 Pers. Prop. of the Personal Property Law. Order granting motion of defendant Standard Coat Apron Linen Service, Inc., to dismiss complaint as to it for insufficiency, and judgment entered in accordance therewith, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
