Upon due consideration of the parties' joint Status Report, filed March 1, 2022, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of this case and of the present status of the appeal in Coffey v. Commissioner, 150 T.C. No. 4 (2018), it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a stipulated decision or a joint report concerning the then-present status of this case. The reports should advise the Court whether they believe this case is for settlement or trial. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should advise the Court of the anticipated length of trial and propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial along with a proposed pretrial schedule.
