DISMISS;
On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F11-21069-T, F11-21274-T
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Moseley, and Myers
Opinion By Justice Moseley
Rashun Maurice Mock pleaded guilty to two aggravated robbery charges. Pursuant to plea bargain agreements, the trial court assessed punishment at seven years' imprisonment in each case and assessed a $3,000 fine in cause no. 05-12-01032-CR. The Court has before it the State's August 8, 2012 motion to dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction. We agree we lack jurisdiction over the appeals.
The plea agreement for cause no. 05-12-01033-CR also includes a $3,000 fine, but the trial court's judgment does not reflect that a fine was imposed in that case.
Appellant waived his right to appeal in conjunction with the plea agreements. See Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218, 218-20 (Tex. Crim. App. 2000). The trial court certified that the cases involve plea bargains and appellant has no right to appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d); Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). We dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
