A scheduling conference was held before the above-entitled court on Friday, May 16, 2003. Plaintiff was represented by Thomas R. Karrenberg. Defendant was represented by Cody Zumwalt. The court established the following scheduLe:

1. All discovery will be completed no later than October 31, 2003.

2. The cutoff date for filing dispositive, or potentially dispositive motions is November 30, 2003.

3. A pretrial will be held on January 16, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The parties are to submit an agreed upon form of pretrial order no later than Wednesday, January 14, 2004.
