Jun 21, 2000
779 So. 2d 389 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 2D99-2076.

June 21, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Perry A. Little, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender and A. Victoria Wiggins, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Jenny S. Sieg, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

M.O. challenges an order finding him guilty of resisting an officer without violence and placing him on community control. We affirm the lower court's finding of guilt, as well as M.O.'s community control sentence. See § 985.231 (1)(a)1.d., Fla. Stat. (1999); T.J. v. State, 743 So.2d 1158 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999) (en banc).

Affirmed.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and PARKER and STRINGER, JJ., Concur.
