By Order served May 26, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to pay the filing fee on or before June 26, 2023. Petitioner has failed to comply with this Order. On July 11, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Upon review, petitioner failed to sign the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee under penalty of perjury, as required. Therefore, we will deny petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee is extended to August 3, 2023. If the filing fee is not received by August 3, 2023, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction or take other action as appropriate.
