Upon consideration, petitioner's motion to permit a reply is granted, and the reply will stand as filed. The request to retain jurisdiction over the case is hereby denied.
Following review of the emergency petition for writ of habeas corpus and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied as moot.
