ORDER
Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to permit out-of-state attorney Dane H. Butswinkas to appear and practice on behalf of Platinum Equity LLC, Tom Gores, and Mark Barnhill is GRANTED for this appeal only, effective on the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. However, Lawrence M. Scott (P30228) will appear as counsel of record for this party. MCR 8.126(A).
