The Court accepts jurisdiction.
Petitioner's brief on the merits shall be filed on or before November 23, 2015; respondent's brief on the merits shall be filed on or before December 3, 2015; and petitioner's reply brief on the merits shall be filed on or before December 8, 2015.
The Clerk of the Third District Court of Appeal shall file the record which shall be properly indexed and paginated on or before December 17, 2015. The Clerk may provide the record in the format as currently maintained at the district court, either paper or electronic.
This Court has determined that this case involves the substantial interests of a child and that this matter should be given expedited consideration. The policy of this Court is that NO EXTENSIONS OF TIME SHALL BE GRANTED. Motions which would cause delay of this matter should only be filed in extreme circumstances. LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur
