This case was tried and submitted on October 3, 2022. Attorney Charles Cobb filed a Limited Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner on October 5, 2022. On October 7, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Following, on October 14, 2022, the parties contacted the chambers of the undersigned and reported that a basis for settlement has been reached.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before, December 14, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that, before or concurrent with the filing of the proposed stipulated decision, counsel for petitioner, Charles Cobb, shall file with the Court and serve a copy on respondent's counsel and petitioner, a Notice of Completion.
