ORDER


Upon motion of the United States and for good cause shown, and pursuant to Rule 55(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby,

ORDERED that JUDGMENT be entered against MJ Farms, Inc. and in favor of the United States in the amount of $2,212,032.62, with statutory interest to accrue after June 17, 2003 until the date of payment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c)(1) and 26 U.S.C. § 6621 and 6622 for the following: 1) unpaid backup withholding taxes assessed against MJ Farms, Inc. on or about February 1, 1993, for tax years 1989 and 1990, plus unpaid assessed and accrued penalties, interest and other statutory additions and less any payments, and 2) unpaid federal unemployment taxes assessed against MJ Farms, Inc. on or about February 1, 1993 for tax year 1 990, plus unpaid assessed and accrued penalties, interest and other statutory additions and less any payments.
