Judgment in so far as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. The decision herein must be superseded by a properly drawn decision which will set out the facts found in a manner conforming to the usual practice; that is, the facts should not be incorporated in the decision by reference, but the self-same facts should be set out directly and specifically in the decision.
