This case was called and recalled from the Portland, Oregon calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on April 11, 2022. Counsel for respondent appeared and made 1) an oral motion to withdraw respondent's April 8, 2022 motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, and 2) an oral motion for continuance. Petitioner, Jeff K. Mitseff appeared and offered no objection to the motions. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion to withdraw, made on April 11, 2022, is granted and respondent's April 8, 2022 motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is deemed withdrawn. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for continuance, made on April 11, 2022, is granted and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2022, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report as to the then-present status of the case.
