On July 1, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report concerning the present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. Among other things, in their report the parties informed the Court that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court issued an Order on May 25, 2022, that granted a discharge to petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay in this case is lifted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 2, 2022, the parties shall file reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then present status of this case.
