ORDER AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

On March 29, 2023, the Court issued an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case. That Order, however, failed to address the pending Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed January 6, 2023. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered and served on March 29, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed January 6, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction for failure to ratify the petition.

The Court will consider reinstating this case if the petition is properly ratified within 30 days from the date of service of this Order.
