Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, filed January 6, 2023, is denied. Petitioners are reminded that the due date for payment of the Court's $60 filing fee is January 18, 2023. Failure to pay the filing fee may result in dismissal of this case of lack of jurisdiction.
