Teddy Larry Mitchem, pro se. Eugene Cook, Attorney-General, Earl L. Hickman, Assistant Attorney-General, B. Daniel Dubberly, Jr., Deputy Assistant Attorney General, contra.


The judgment complained of having been rendered on November 20, 1961, and the bill of exceptions having been tendered to the trial judge on January 20, 1962, the motion to dismiss the writ of error, upon the ground that Code Ann. § 6-902 requires that such tender be within thirty days of the judgment complained of, is sustained. Butler v. Gibbons, 215 Ga. 454 ( 110 S.E.2d 927).

Writ of error dismissed. All the Justices concur.
