An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 8, 2019, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding, And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having renewed his motion for leave to prosecute the aforesaid appeal as a poor person, and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
