This 20th day of May 2013, the Court has considered the April 3, 2013 notice that directed the appellant, Claude Mitchell, to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for his failure to file an official notice of appeal and/or to pay the required filing fee/file an IFP motion as directed by the Senior Court Clerk's letters of March 15, 2013. Mitchell's failure to respond to the notice to show cause is deemed to be his consent to the dismissal of this appeal.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2) and 29(b), that the appeal is DISMISSED.
