Appeal, No. 59, March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Nov. T., 1964, No. 2, in case of W. Eugene Mitchell v. Johnny Starr a/k/a Joseph Skwaryk. Decree affirmed.

Complaint in equity for specific performance. Before CARNEY, P. J.

Decree nisi finding for plaintiff, order entered dismissing exceptions of plaintiff and defendant, and decree entered for plaintiff. Defendant appealed.

Donald W. Grieshober, with him Blackmore Greishober, for appellee.


Decree affirmed. Each party to pay own costs.
