See companion appeal of Felder v. Eagle Star Insurance Co., La.App., 79 So.2d 90, wherein all material facts and issues herein involved are fully stated.

Since as found in that case Mrs. Felder, defendant in the present suit, was free of any negligence contributing to the accident in which present plaintiff's minor son was injured, the judgment of the trial court dismissing this suit is hereby affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by appellant.
