This cause having heretofore been submitted to the Court on petition for writ of certiorari upon the transcript of record, briefs, and argument of counsel, to review the order of the Department of Public Welfare of the State of Florida in said cause, bearing date of July 19, 1967, and same having been considered, it is ordered that said petition be and the same is hereby denied.
