Appeal, No. 75, March T., 1970, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Sept. T., 1964, No. 110, in case of J. Howard Mitchell, assignee of the Union National Bank of Pittsburgh, Inc. v. William R. Dennison, Jr. and Catherine I. Dennison, his wife. Order affirmed.

Confession of judgment proceeding.

Petition by defendants to open judgment dismissed, opinion by CURRAN, J. Defendants appealed.
