On November 15, 2021, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a purported Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the document improperly incorporates both a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation, whereas the two items should have been filed as two separate submissions.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the purported Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed November 15, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
