Ronald A. Mitchell & Yohko T. Mitchell Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER, JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 17, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that this case remains with respondent's Appeals Office and the parties need additional time to allow respondent's Cincinnati Centralized Innocent Spouse Operation ("CCISO") group to make a determination concerning Mrs. Mitchell's request for innocent spouse relief, and for Appeals to continue to work with petitioners in resolving their case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued generally.
