MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated March 1, 2004, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee, file the docketing statement and file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letters. By letter dated, March 2, 2004 the Court directed appellant to file proof that he has paid for the clerk's record or is exempt from payment for the record within ten days of the date of the letter. ll of the letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed the docketing statement, filed an amended notice of appeal, or filed proof of payment for or exemption from payment for the clerk's record. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 42.3.
