On September 29, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report providing the Court with proposed deadlines and trial date. By separate order, the Court will set a pretrial schedule. In the meantime, it is

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a Special Session scheduled to commence on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the U.S Courthouse and Federal Building, 230 North 1st Avenue, Suite 101, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Based on the parties' representations, the Court estimates that the trial will last two weeks.
