ORDER
¶. Before the court is a petition for the interim suspension of Judy Case Martin from the office of Justice Court Judge for Lincoln County, Mississippi. The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance filed this petition after filing a formal complaint against Judge Martin, and recommends to this Court that she be suspended from performing the duties of her office. Miss. Comm'n on Judicial Performance Rule 7. Judge Martin did not respond to the petition. After reviewing the papers filed with the petition, we find the petition has merit and should be granted.
¶. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Judy Case Martin is suspended from all duties as Justice Court Judge for Lincoln County, Mississippi, until such time as the formal complaint against her filed by the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance has been fully resolved, or until further order of this Court.
¶. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall not preclude further action by the Commission.
¶. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to forthwith deliver true certified copies of this order to the Chancery Clerk of Lincoln County and the Clerk of the Lincoln County Justice Court.
