STREET RAILWAYS, § 131alighting passenger injured, sufficiency of evidence. In action for injuries sustained by alighting street car passenger, where motorman and conductor testified that car was stopped at the end of the run and plaintiff turned her ankle as she was stepping onto the street, while plaintiff contended the car jerked as she was alighting, verdict for defendant was not against the weight of the evidence.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. E.I. FRANKHAUSER, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1940.
