ORDER


The case was referred to the United States Magistrate Judge for report and recommendation on Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Doc. 2) and Plaintiff's Affidavit of Indigency (Doc. 2-1). The Court having reviewed the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, and there being no objections to the report filed by the parties, it is hereby

ORDERED that the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge is hereby APPROVED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1914, the court orders plaintiff to pay the clerk of the court a filing fee of $350.00 within twenty-one (21) days of this order, otherwise this action will be dismissed.

It is SO ORDERED in Orlando, Florida.
