This collection due process (CDP) case was stricken from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On June 6, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he is waiting for an IRS revenue agent to assist petitioners enter into an installment agreement concerning the tax years at issue. We will ask for another status report in a couple of months. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 5, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
