ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This collection due process (CDP) case was stricken from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 31, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties are continuing to work on an installment agreement resolving the tax years at issue. We will ask for another status report in a couple of months. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
