No. D-2318 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF HUGHES. Nathaniel Barker Hughes, III, of Memphis, Tennessee, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court, and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

No. D-2319 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF BAGWELL. N. Reese Bagwell, Jr., of Clarksville, Tennessee, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court, and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

No. D-2320 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF BELSKY. Jonathan W. Belsky, of University City, Mo, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

No. 01M64 MUNOZ v. MUNOZ. The motion to direct the Clerk to file a petition for a writ of certiorari out-of-time is denied.

No. 01M65 PETROVICH v. SANDS CASINO HOTEL. The motion to direct the Clerk to file a petition for a writ of certiorari out-of-time under Rule 14.5 is denied.
