No. D-2318 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF HUGHES. Nathaniel Barker Hughes, III, of Memphis, Tennessee, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court, and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
No. D-2319 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF BAGWELL. N. Reese Bagwell, Jr., of Clarksville, Tennessee, is suspended from the practice of law in this Court, and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
