DIVORCE, § 136impropriety of alimony award to husband. Award of alimony to husband in divorce suit, in lieu of dower, and in addition thereto, solicitor's fees, would be reversed, where it appeared that property owned by wife, and from which she received her sole income, did not yield her sufficient income to warrant such award.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. RUDOLPH F. DESORT, presiding.

That portion of the decree pertaining to alimony and solicitor's fees reversed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1942.
