ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

On August 4, 2021, respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Status Report which indicates that after a remand the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS') Office of Appeals, the IRS Settlement Officer assigned to the case completed petitioners' second hearing and will be issuing a Supplemental Notice of Determination in response to the Court's October 14, 2020, Remand Order.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 3, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either separate or joint status reports as to the then present status of this case.
