ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE.

Before the Court are appellant's opposed second motion to extend time to file his brief, appellee's response, and appellant's reply. Appellant explains the extension is necessary, in part, because he has requested a supplemental record of recent post-judgment proceedings and he is trying to engage additional appellate counsel.

We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre and Official Court Reporter Antionette Reagor to file their respective supplemental records no later than March 11, 2024. We further ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than April 10, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre, Ms. Reagor, and the parties.
