Ramesh Mirchandani Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

By order issued on June 25, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file a proper amended petition and pay the filing fee in this case by August 9, 2021. On July 6, 2021, petitioner filed a Letter stating he wanted to dismiss and did not intend to comply with that order. Accordingly, an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction was entered on July 16, 2021, due to P's failure to file an amended petition and pay the filing fee in this case as directed, and this case was closed.

On August 2, 2021, petitioner submitted payment for the filing fee. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 27, 2021, petitioner shall submit a proper amended petition. If, by August 27, 2021, no amended petition is received, this case may remain closed.
