On April 10, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Commissioner was still reviewing petitioners' documents in this case. The parties have requested additional time to determine if they can agree up a settlement. Should the parties be unable to do so, we will schedule a trial promptly.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 15, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
