Because the reporter's record in this appeal is overdue and it is unclear from the record before us whether appellant has requested and made payment arrangements for it, we ORDER court reporter Sharron Rankin to file, no later than November 30, 2016, either (1) the reporter's record or (2) written verification appellant has not requested or made arrangements to pay for the record. We caution appellant that this appeal may be submitted without the reporter's record should Ms. Rankin inform us that she has not received a request or payment for the record.
